Yes. We offer ongoing support and retainer packages for clients who need consistent data work over time.
32. What’s your cancellation policy?
You may cancel in writing at any time. However, any completed work will still be billed. The initial deposit is always non-refundable, and cancellation after project kickoff may still incur charges based on progress.
33. Do you offer refunds?
Because each project is custom and time-sensitive, we do not offer refunds once work has started. If you cancel before the project begins, your deposit remains non-refundable. Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion in unique circumstances — but are not guaranteed.

35. How do payments work?
Most projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure your start date. Final payment is typically due before the final deliverables are handed over, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Larger projects may be broken into milestone payments.
